We are looking for a Sales Valuer to join our Virtual Sales & Lettings team, working from Hounslow. At Foxtons, we work hard to achieve exceptional results, with industry leading technology, back office support functions and wide-reaching marketing strategies to support both you and your customers. This allows you to spend your time focusing on winning instructions, delivering the best service to your customers & hitting/exceeding sales targets!
Responsibilities- Increase market share
- Conduct valuations and take on new property listings
- Ensure you drive to exceed individual and branch targets
- Deliver the highest level of service to all clients by yourself & team
- When the Sales Manager is on annual leave, step in and manage the sales team
- Assisting the Manager to develop, train and motivate the sales Negotiators in the office
