Your new company: You will be working for a well-known company based in London who provide cleaning services in hospitals, or directly with the NHS.
Your new role: You will be responsible for the hospitals' daily cleanliness and housekeeping:
- Cleaning and disinfecting shared spaces such as waiting areas, bathrooms, and eating areas, including washing floors, bathrooms, sinks, and shower areas.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly, following waste disposal guidelines.
- Using various cleaning equipment like hoovers, mops, scrubber dryers, and carpet cleaners.
- Following infection prevention and control guidelines to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and hospital policies, including proper storage of dangerous substances.
- Notifying supervisors about any maintenance or repair issues.
