Trustd is a DIATF-certified Digital Identity platform revolutionising how compliance, identity, and secure transactions are delivered across the transport and logistics industry. Our mission is to unify the supply chain through reusable digital identities and secured transactions, delivering value through three strategic pillars: Network Compliance, Transactional, Context-Based Identity Verification, and FCA-Standard KYC/KYB for Financial Services Provision.
As a Product Manager, you will contribute directly to delivering the future of Trustd’s platform by owning and executing against product initiatives tied to strategic business goals. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are meaningful, secure, and scalable. This is a role for a data-led, curious and execution-oriented product manager who thrives in complexity and is passionate about impactful problem-solving. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of secure digital identity in a critical sector. If you thrive in technically complex environments, are passionate about scalable innovation, and can drive both vision and delivery, we would love to hear from you.

- Product Discovery & Problem Solving: Lead research and hypothesis-driven product discovery in collaboration with customers, internal users, and compliance experts. Translate insights into validated problem statements and opportunities, ensuring discovery work informs the roadmap and backlog. Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and test solutions before committing to build.
- Collaboration & Product Definition: Guide and support Product Analysts to ensure high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution artefacts are delivered. Work alongside UI/UX designers to shape solution concepts that align with user needs and regulatory constraints, bringing product vision to life. Ensure all product definition is clear, value-focused, and ready for effective implementation by delivery teams.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Compliance, Commercial, and Customer teams to maintain alignment on priorities and releases. Participate in team planning and delivery sessions/ceremonies to ensure a clear view of sequencing and dependencies, and translate this into actionable go-to-market initiatives alongside programme teams.
- Customer & Market Insight: Maintain a working understanding of relevant standards, regulations (e.g. eIDAS 2.0, SCA), and identity technologies. Ensure that product thinking is grounded in user empathy, domain knowledge, and market evolution.
Skills and Experience Required:
