Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and drive the strategic direction of our Trust. The CEO is responsible for delivering the agreed strategy of the Trust, overseeing all operations, including being the Trust’s Accounting Officer.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, including enabling educational and organisational improvement at scale; ensuring compliance and building strategic partnerships to ensure that both strong educational outcomes and sustainable Trust development are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop, articulate and execute the Trust’s long-term strategic vision to meet educational goals and organisational development, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and values.
  2. Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the Trust delivers high-quality educational services and achieves financial sustainability.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government bodies, educational authorities, schools, teachers, parents, and community partners to advance the Trust’s mission.
  4. Financial Management: Lead the development and management of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and investment strategies to ensure robust financial health and ongoing sustainability. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as best practices in education management and governance.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Education: A master’s degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a PhD in education or educational leadership is a plus.
  2. Experience: Senior leadership experience, preferably within the education sector, with proven experience in driving strategic growth and innovation.
  3. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of educational systems, trends, and challenges, as well as proficiency in financial and operational management.
  4. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster a collaborative work environment.
  5. Technology: Familiarity with educational technologies and data-driven decision-making.
