About the Role
A Salesforce Administrator Associate is needed to support the Business Operations team. This role focuses on configuring and maintaining Salesforce CRM to boost system performance and support business objectives. Responsibilities include working with internal teams to understand requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. This position helps improve user experience and supports Salesforce as a primary business system.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration & Support
- Oversee daily operations of Salesforce, including user setup, configuration, customization, and general maintenance.
- Provide initial support to users by troubleshooting issues and responding to questions.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to maintain proper access and security.
- Implement changes such as custom fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules with guidance from senior administrators.
- System Enhancements & Development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and develop solutions that increase efficiency.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Develop and implement workflows, automations, and other system improvements as requested.
- Data Management & Quality
- Support efforts to maintain clean, accurate data, including deduplication, audits, and managing data imports and exports.
- Conduct routine system checks to identify and address any issues related to data accuracy or security.
- Integrations & System Updates
- Manage and support integrations between Salesforce and other business tools to ensure proper data exchange and functionality.
- Monitor Salesforce updates and assist in testing and launching new features.
- Documentation & Projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and guidelines to support training and consistency.
- Assist with various projects and initiatives led by the Business Operations or CRM teams.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably in an administrative or support role.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with customizations such as fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Understanding of data management tools like Data Loader and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with ticketing or support tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
