This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly established nurse led unit on Tryfan Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd. We look forward to your application. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to include risk assessments, care and treatment plans, specific health interventions using evidence-based treatments and health promotion. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job:
- The post holder will be expected to work shifts inclusive of unsociable hours.
- They will use effective communication to keep patients involved in treatment and service contact.
- Be responsible for service development and improvement.
