Paid Media Lead Role:
As Global Paid Media Lead, you’ll take the reins of their global PPC and Paid Social strategy. You’ll work closely with their Head of Performance Marketing to shape campaign plans, develop scalable frameworks, and lead execution across multiple markets. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in data-driven environments, communicates confidently, and is ready to step into a senior-level ownership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across 20+ international markets.
- Manage product campaigns across multiple categories.
- Collaborate on creative planning and asset development.
- Monitor performance KPIs and adjust campaigns to meet commercial goals.
- Lead A/B testing efforts across creatives, bidding strategies, and market launches.
- Stay on top of platform updates, emerging trends, and new tools and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Work cross-functionally with channel experts and other teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the paid media function, process improvements, tooling, and strategy.

Paid Media Lead Essential Skills:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns
- A strong grasp of campaign setup, creative/copy planning, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques
- A data-driven mindset with confidence in interpreting performance reports and large datasets
- A proactive attitude and desire to lead the PPC channel operationally
- Some familiarity with other marketing channels (especially paid social) is a plus
