We are seeking radiological health and health physics specialists to help train AI models with high-quality data in areas such as radiation protection, dosimetry, medical imaging physics, and environmental radiation monitoring.

Responsibilities include challenging language models on topics like ALARA principles, shielding calculations, dose assessments, and emergency response planning, documenting failure modes to improve model reasoning.

You will verify factual accuracy, logical soundness, and suggest improvements by interacting with the model on clinical, environmental, and nuclear safety scenarios.

Ideal candidates will have a PhD in health physics, radiological sciences, or related fields, with relevant certifications and experience in radiological safety. Clear communication and the ability to document reasoning are essential.

This is a remote, contract position with a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, depending on experience and location. As a contractor, you will need a secure computer and high-speed internet. Benefits like health insurance and PTO are not provided.
