We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Internal sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to handle various responsibilities. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with customers and a passion to play a key role in boosting sales.

  • Answering all in-bound calls promptly aiming for 80% to be answered in less than 5 seconds.
  • Process Orders & Quotations Live on the phone.
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system, making sure they are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Maximise sales opportunities from all enquiries to generate orders.
  • Ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and efficiently.
  • Undertake prospecting tasks, no cold calling – contacting existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Liaise with Purchasing, Accounts & Transport.
  • Provide excellent customer service at the Trade Counter.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Internal sales or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
