We now have an exciting opportunity for an individual to work within a timber manufacturer as a Technical Estimator. You would be responsible for producing quotations and supporting CAD drawings for bespoke products.
The Technical Estimator Role:
- Prepare quotations for window and doors from technical and architectural drawings
- Ensuring all specifications meet the UK Building regulations and performance requirements
- Create supporting CAD drawings and documentation for approval and manufacture
- Use of in-house systems
- Collaborating with internal sales, design and the production teams to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
The Technical Estimator Candidate:
- Experience within the window and door industry
- Knowledge of UK Building regulations relating to windows and doors
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Experience with Klaes Software - desirable
