Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum

Current Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 39 hours per week

Location: Ratby, Leicestershire

We now have an exciting opportunity for an individual to work within a timber manufacturer as a Technical Estimator. You would be responsible for producing quotations and supporting CAD drawings for bespoke products.

The Technical Estimator Role:

  • Prepare quotations for window and doors from technical and architectural drawings
  • Ensuring all specifications meet the UK Building regulations and performance requirements
  • Create supporting CAD drawings and documentation for approval and manufacture
  • Use of in-house systems
  • Collaborating with internal sales, design and the production teams to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction

The Technical Estimator Candidate:

  • Experience within the window and door industry
  • Knowledge of UK Building regulations relating to windows and doors
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Experience with Klaes Software - desirable
