gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for a Manufacturing and Warehouse Picker for an ongoing temporary assignment in Tewkesbury. Successful candidates will become members of the manufacturing and warehouse department and will be involved in all aspects of work for both sectors.
The site operates 5 days a week, on a rotational shift basis. The right candidate needs to be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to the working hours.
Main Duties as a Warehouse Loader and Picker:
- Picking according to the pick sheet list
- Quantity and quality checks
- Final inspection
- Occasionally assisting with machinery in the manufacturing department
- Full training provided
Rotational Working Hours:
Week 1: Monday β Thursday 6am β 2pm, Friday 6am β 1pm
Week 2: Monday β Thursday 1:45pm β 10pm, Friday 12:45pm β 6:45pm
Shifts are rotational.
Hourly Pay Rates:
Basic Rate - Β£13.50 p/h
OT available during the week (after 40 hours)
OT available over the weekends after full training
Successful candidates will be hard-working individuals with a can-do attitude. The nature of the job is not heavy lifting.
