Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a flexible opportunity where no two days are the same? We are looking for someone who can step in as and when needed to support with a wide range of HR matters. This is a reactive and flexible role, ideal for someone who is happy to work on an ad hoc basis, depending on client needs. You will need to be confident working independently and comfortable jumping in to handle a variety of HR issues.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to line managers and clients
  • Managing and supporting ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
  • Attending and advising on formal meetings where required
  • Supporting with policy queries, contracts, and general HR compliance
  • Helping businesses remain fair, legally compliant, and commercially aware in their HR approach

What we are looking for:

  • Solid generalist HR experience, including strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident handling ER issues from start to finish
  • Comfortable working flexibly, often with short notice
  • Professional, friendly, and able to quickly build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable
  • Ideally you will have experience working in the Construction industry
