We have a great opportunity for a Class 2 driver looking for adhoc and casual work.
The role is doing multi-drop deliveries, around 10 deliveries in the morning followed by collections in the afternoon. All drops and collections are in Leicester/Leicestershire.
This will be driving an 18 ton curtain side class two vehicle, which has an electric pump truck to move pallets.
This role is working Monday to Friday 08:00am β 17:30pm. We are looking for people who might want adhoc driving work that works flexibly around their commitments.
The Role:- Delivering pallets to companies in the morning
- Collecting pallets in the afternoon
- Use of an electric pump truck to load and unload and move deliveries
- Complete accurate paperwork
- Speaking with customers and ensuring good customer service at all times
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are carried out in a safe and timely manner.
- Must hold a valid UK Class 2 driving license
- Must have one yearβs experience driving Class 2 vehicles
- Must have no more than 3 points on license
- Experience of multi-drop deliveries
- Previously used an electric pump truck
