The Role:
To ensure compliance across our clientβs product ranges, including softlines, hardlines, and toys. To liaise with suppliers on product approvals and maintain critical path deadlines.
Main Duties:
- Product approval
- Take ownership of the relevant areas of responsibility to meet our business needs, and be fully committed to these.
- Escalate failures in process to your line manager.
- Ensure Critical Path deadlines are maintained through supplier monitoring.
- Update the Product Lifecycle Management system (PLM) with all relevant information for accurate reporting.
- Approve documents, including but not limited to:
- Risk Assessments
- Artwork
- Test Plans
- Test Reports
- CR & Packaging Data
- Declarations of Compliance
- Declarations of Conformity
- Approve Production Samples.
