About you: As a member of our Service Centre Team, you will be operating within a dynamic, responsive, and fast-paced environment in which you will provide an outstanding service to all current and potential customers contacting Clanmil. You will be using different communication channels to communicate with customers and promoting digital channels where possible. We expect you to have a minimum of one year’s experience of dealing with a high volume of customer queries in a front-line customer service role such as a call/service centre, retail etc, with experience of using Microsoft Office Applications.
