We're a small, elite team of recruiters based in central Stockport. They're uniquely positioned as an established consultancy scaling up for major growth and are seeking ambitious and energetic individuals to join this exciting journey. What You’ll Be Doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Working closely with a Senior Consultant as their 2nd in command, supporting them while developing your own career and earning potential.
- Finding leads (new businesses and opportunities) in the cybersecurity sector.
- Supporting client calls and meetings to understand candidate requirements.
- Head hunting candidates—sourcing, engaging, and guiding them through their job search.
- Writing engaging job ads and managing marketing & digital outreach.
- Growing your network of cybersecurity experts on LinkedIn and establishing yourself as a subject matter expert.
You will receive comprehensive training and support, with a clear pathway to becoming a full Consultant through our fast-track program. You will contribute to placements from day one and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission!
Candidate Profile:
- You don’t need recruitment experience, but if you have some sales background, that’s a plus. More importantly, you should be:
