We are looking for bright and motivated 2025 graduates to join one of the UK\’s leading business advisory firms as Graduate Analysts working in the Corporate Finance Team.

Working within the Transaction Services department at GE, you will benefit from working within a

small team, resulting in a high level of exposure and responsibility from the start.

The main functions of the department include:

  • Advising on corporate transactions, primarily undertaking financial due diligence on the ‘buyside’;
  • Preparing valuations;
  • Financial modelling;
  • Forensic accounting and litigation support;
  • Advising on and approving debt/bond offerings and other fundraising;
  • Advising on IPOs and providing specialist accounting advice/services.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of due diligence reports, including communicating with clients.
  • Analysing company and industry information to draft valuation reports, including researching comparable transactions and determining appropriate multiples.
  • To assist with the preparation of forensic accounting advisory and expert witness reports for use in litigation or other disputes.
  • Reviewing financial forecasts, proposals and marketing materials relating to fundraisings and alternative investment offerings, as well as ensuring compliance with FCA regulations where relevant.
  • Preparing monthly NAV reports for high net worth clients.
  • Drafting articles and industry reports for publication on the company’s website and LinkedIn pages.
  • The preparation of financial models.
  • Involvement in business development opportunities.
