The Technical Services Manager is responsible for all technical services issues and reports to the Project Manager, who in turn reports to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Account Management: Strengthen existing relationships with MEP/AVIT consultants and attend social events; actively contact new MEP/AVIT consultants and arrange meetings to discuss potential projects before PQQ/Tender.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in the Operational Excellence program, promote company values internally and externally, contribute to knowledge sharing forums, and focus on winning projects.
  • Proposal Stage: Assist in preparing proposals, liaise with project teams and clients, review design documents, arrange meetings with supply chain and design teams, and develop construction methodologies.
  • Pre-Construction Phase: Manage handover processes, produce scope of work documents, review procurement strategies, assist in trade contractor selection, and prepare technical strategies and plans.
  • Construction Stage: Oversee technical aspects of installation, monitor performance, hold progress meetings, ensure quality control, support site operations, and manage commissioning and documentation.
  • Post-Completion Phase: Resolve defects related to technical services reported during the defect liability period, and attend end-of-defects meetings.
