This entry-level position is responsible for supporting the growth of Fortra's customer database through lead generation campaigns. Responsibilities include following up on marketing-generated leads and direct dial campaigns to generate prospects for Regional Sales Managers. The role offers a base salary plus commissions, with exciting career growth opportunities in sales or marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Generate leads for new software and services.
- Conduct calling campaigns aimed at new customer acquisition.
- Facilitate cross-sell referrals.
- Manage communication, negotiation, and processing of current customer license transfers and upgrades.
- Set up product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software.
