A new opportunity has become available for a Dental Practice Manager to join an established, fully private practice located in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Working hours: This role is part-time, 2 days per week, with flexible days between Monday and Friday.
Requirements:
- Experience in Dental Practice Management or as a Treatment Coordinator.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and the ability to update and amend practice policies accordingly.
- Loyalty to the practice owner, supportive of staff, hardworking, professional, punctual, and helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Staff management, including staff appraisals and monthly meetings.
- HR and H&S compliance within the practice.
- Attending relevant webinars and courses.
- General practice management.
Compensation: Hourly rate depends on experience, qualifications, and background, ranging from £15.50 to £20 per hour.
Practice Details: The practice has 2 fully equipped surgeries, digital X-rays, iTero Scanners, and on-site CBCT room. Knowledge of Software of Excellence is beneficial.
Location & Accessibility: Long stay parking is available nearby. Potters Bar Overground station is approximately a 10-15 minute walk, with bus routes also accessible.
