We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our marketing department. You will support various initiatives, from internal communications to campaign operations, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts. You will:
- Campaign Operations Support: Assist in the setup, testing, and launch of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, landing pages, webinars). Support the creation and optimisation of campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to best practices. Monitor campaign performance and assist in generating reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the content, creative, web, and field marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign components.
- Database Management: Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of our marketing database. Assist with regular data hygiene tasks, including data enrichment, de-duplication, and segmentation. Assist in the import and export of data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Administrative Support: Manage the end-to-end process of collecting inputs and drafting the monthly marketing update for the CEO letter, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Own the creation of Marketing All-Hands meeting decks, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure all slides are populated and content is submitted ahead of the event. Assist the team in updating the marketing operation section of the company intranet, ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Day-to-Day Support for EMEA Field Marketing Team: Act as a key point of contact for the EMEA field marketing team, assisting with their operational needs. Support the creation and management of localised marketing materials and campaigns. Assist with EMEA event logistics and execution as needed.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or entry-level marketing role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and Slack.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within marketing operations.
