We are seeking an ambitious Sales Administrator to support the Commercial and Digital team at Cogora. This is a newly created role within a fast-paced environment, offering a great opportunity to make an impact. The role will report to the Digital Director.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by handling essential administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on closing deals. Responsibilities:- Input sales deals into Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM records
- Ensure campaign movements are accurately recorded in Salesforce
- Update and manage product trackers to reflect client bookings
- Chase clients for purchase orders
- Assist Ad Operations with internal and client-facing reports
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach
