The Programme
Our Data Analytics Graduate Programme at Admiral offers STEM graduates hands-on experience in data at our FTSE headquarters. Over several months, you’ll rotate through three areas of our Data Community, transforming raw data into insights that guide strategic decisions. The programme is flexible, allowing you to explore various data fields and develop your interests.
What you’ll learn:
- To use industry-leading tools such as Google Cloud Platform, Looker, MicroStrategy, and SQL for data analysis and visualization.
- To lead analysis projects, collaborate with teams, and communicate insights effectively.
- Business knowledge and its application to real-world challenges.
- Data governance, peer review, and testing for reliable insights.
You will be supported by a dedicated mentor, line manager, and our Data & AI Academy and Community, starting with a five-week induction to prepare you for the role.
What we’re looking for:
STEM graduates (mathematics, physics, computing, engineering, biology, psychology, economics, or similar) with a passion for data and problem-solving. Note: You may be placed in any data area of our business, so an open mind is essential.
