Are you passionate about people and ready to make a real impact in education? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Colleague Services Administrator to join our expanding central team at Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust.

Location: Ruskington, Sleaford, NG34 9DL

Salary: £12,987.57 - £13,612.43 per annum, £24,027.00 - £25,183.00 FTE

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

Hours: 20 hours per week

About Us: The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust formed by the Diocese of Lincoln in 2013. We are a growing and thriving family of schools dedicated to providing an excellent education for pupils across Lincolnshire. We have grown to serve twenty-three academies across three local authorities of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, and North-East Lincolnshire.

Colleague Services Administrator – The Role: 18 months ago, we embarked on the exciting journey of bringing HR and recruitment for all 23 Trust schools and the central team in house. This is a brand-new role, created in response to our growth, as we have welcomed new schools into our Trust and are launching an exciting initiative with SEND Hubs in some schools. You’ll play a key part in supporting our HR and recruitment functions, helping us attract, onboard, and retain the very best talent for our schools.

Colleague Services Administrator – Responsibilities:

  • Support the Coordination of recruitment campaigns from advert to appointment
  • Support onboarding and compliance processes for new staff
  • Contribute to the development of efficient HR processes
  • Ensure that all HR records are held securely and accurately in line with Trust and legislative requirements
  • Assist in organising and supporting training sessions and colleagues’ continuous professional development programs

Colleague Services Administrator – You:

  • Minimum of 5 O Levels/GCSEs (To include English and Mathematics at Grade C or 4 or above)
  • Experience of working in an Administrative role
  • To be able to effectively use IT, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of payroll administration and HR Administration
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
