About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Third-Party Claims Specialist to join a dynamic and growing team in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Third-Party claims handling or credit hire who is seeking career progression in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims
- Effectively prioritise and handle your claims portfolio
- Investigate liability by liaising with various departments and external stakeholders
- Handle complex cases, including high-value claims and liability disputes
- Work closely with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies
- Identify and refer fraudulent activity
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth claims process
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary range)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to build relationships with clients and external partners
- CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it, fully supported)
- Minimum GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
