What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Investment Consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monetary targets
- Analyse market trends, client feedback, and sales data to continuously improve sales tactics and strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Oversee the client acquisition process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Implement and utilise CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the UK property market
- Provide expert advice and insights to the team and clients regarding investment opportunities
What you will have:
- Proven track record in the off-plan property investment market, with a strong understanding of investment opportunities
