Keyline Civils Specialist is a leading UK supplier of civil engineering and drainage materials. As part of the Travis Perkins Group, Keyline operates a nationwide network of over 40 branches, offering a vast range of products and expert support to construction projects of all sizes.

As part of our National Sales team, you will work closely with the National Sales Director to coordinate and support the wider team, acting as a single point of contact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running reports
  • Capturing data
  • Organising and supporting events and meetings
  • Resolving issues
  • Identifying areas for improvement
  • Documenting meeting minutes and action points

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, highly organised with strong self-management skills, and someone who takes pride in building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You should be enthusiastic, resilient, resourceful, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence. Being well-organised and proactive is essential.

You will be part of a strong, customer-focused team within a market-leading organisation. As this is a national role, you can be based anywhere in the UK.

You will report directly to the National Sales Director within Keyline’s Nationals team, collaborating with Regional Sales Directors, experienced PAs within the Group, and branches across Keyline/Travis Perkins Group on various meetings and projects. This role offers excellent exposure to the business and customers, helping to raise your profile within the broader Travis Perkins network.
