What’s the job?

  • You’ll support the designated delivery team in the end-to-end implementation process from planning through to post-launch, following Cover-More Europe’s deal implementation process.
  • You’ll have strong project leadership skills to manage the implementation and delivery of the business transition, whilst also establishing document control, maintaining project files, reporting status updates, risks and developments to the migration team.
  • You’ll work closely with the Project Sponsor, Business Delivery Manager and individual project work stream owners, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • You’ll create the Project Plan, set and manage the weekly external and internal calls, provide call summaries and progress reports, flag project risks and suggest suitable mitigations.
  • You’ll ensure all SLAs are achieved or clearly communicated in appropriate timeframes.
  • You’ll cultivate relationships with external vendors, business partners, project sponsors and stakeholders as appropriate.

What are we looking for?

  • You’ll have experience in onboarding partners and implementing complex international deals in a regulated industry, ideally in the insurance industry.
  • You’ll have a strong understanding of the insurance deal lifecycle and the operating principles of an MGA.
  • You’ll possess proven strong project management skills (Prince 2 or Agile methodologies preferred) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You’ll have stakeholder management experience, with the ability to establish early credibility, manage stakeholder expectations.
  • You’ll have the ability to influence and persuade others towards a common goal, using effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • You’ll be UK based.
