We are specialists within the PVC decking sector supporting multiple national and local accounts and continuous success which has allowed steady growth. Due to this development, we are looking for an Installation Manager to join our Doncaster division focusing on residential sectors.
The suitable Installation Manager will have previous management/supervisory experience working on multi-site projects. The right candidate will have a good background in scheduling works, materials and people. You will be capable of reviewing performance data and making insightful, informed and appropriate decisions that drive profitability and control costs. You will hold full responsibility for the Health and Safety compliance of the teams.

- Manage the installation teams
- Ordering stock and materials in advance for upcoming schedule
- Oversee preparation work up front for forthcoming jobs
- Recruit and allocate additional fitters
- Ensure customer issues are dealt with and overcome problems
- Manage, update and communicate reschedule jobs statuses and changes
- Communicating with sales reps, installation teams, internal contacts and customers as necessary.
