Are you passionate about inspiring young people through sport and physical activity? We’re looking for a PE Specialist & Head Coach who can deliver high-quality, engaging, and inclusive physical education across primary schools in South Devon. This is more than just a coaching role, it’s an opportunity to shape young lives, lead by example, and raise the bar for PE and school sport delivery. You’ll plan and lead lessons, support school events, help coaches develop, and be a key part of the Saints Southwest team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver top-tier PE lessons aligned to the national curriculum
- Coach a variety of sports for different age groups and abilities
- Monitor and support pupil progress in both physical and personal development
- Lead school sports events, festivals and competitions
- Working across all Saints Southwest Community programmes
- Support other coaches and help drive best practice across the board
- Work collaboratively with school staff to embed PE into whole-school culture
- Always uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and health & safety
