Sobre el perfil
Buscamos un perfil de especialista en operaciones bancarias, con experiencia en tarjetas de débito y crédito, fraude, proveedores como Redsys, y una alta capacidad para gestionar equipos, procesos y proyectos relacionados con tarjetas.
Funciones:
- Gestión de equipos internos y externos de operaciones (BAU).
- Representación del área de tarjetas en comités y foros del banco.
- Gestión de incidencias y coordinación de planes de acción.
- Control y mejora de SLAs.
- Implementación de proyectos de tarjetas, en colaboración con equipos IT.
- Seguimiento de cambios de VISA y Mastercard.
- Apoyo al modelo de control y documentación operativa.
- Gestión presupuestaria de proveedores de tarjetas.
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en funciones similares. Conocimiento profundo del mundo de tarjetas, fraude y procesamiento de pagos. Experiencia con Redsys. Estudios en Administración de Empresas, Derecho o Ingeniería. Nivel alto de inglés.
