About Our Client

Our client is a large global sovereign wealth fund with over two decades of experience investing across all asset classes and structures. The Real Estate Investment team is expanding its AUM and seeks a dedicated Investment Manager to work with the Head of Real Estate for Europe.

The role involves transacting, onboarding, and managing fund deals, including direct investments, co-investments, managed accounts, and large JV structures.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the evaluation and execution of real estate investments across Europe, including indirect investments, joint ventures (JV), and co-investment opportunities.
  • Assess potential real estate investment opportunities through comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Prepare investment memos and deliver presentations to Senior Management and Investment Committees.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, market research, and legal reviews.
  • Contribute to strategic asset management, monitoring, and performance of portfolios, recommending actions to optimize returns.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in portfolio management, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide analysis and insights on market trends, asset performance, and investment opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment with investment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including investors, brokers, legal advisors, and third parties.

The Successful Applicant

  • A proven track record of executing and managing real estate deals across Europe.
  • Skills in direct real estate investment and asset management.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean and other European languages is preferred.
  • Experience in fund investment, co-investment, SMA, and JV structuring across various asset classes (living, logistics, offices, etc.).
  • Strong initiative, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Capability to work independently and within a team.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
