Are you an organised, detail-focused professional with experience in the electrical wholesale industry? We’re looking for a Stock Controller to join a successful business and play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate stock flow across multiple branches.

About the Role: You’ll be based in a modern, air-conditioned office, working directly alongside the Director to manage stock replenishment for our busy distribution hub. With deliveries going out to every branch daily, this role is essential to keeping our operation running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage stock levels across branches
  • Replenish and restock branches via daily deliveries
  • Work closely with the Director to forecast demand and manage lead times
  • Use our bespoke stock control system (experience with ERP software is a bonus)
  • Prepare and manage reports using Excel
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Support occasional buying activities if you have relevant experience

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in electrical wholesale
  • Understands stock management processes
  • Is confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ideally has experience using ERP systems
  • Is highly organised, accurate, and good with numbers and data
  • Brings experience in buying (desirable but not essential)
