I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join an East Sussex based Development business on a development of houses and apartments in Brighton. Reporting to the established Contracts Manager, this site has been identified as a possible award-winning site of the future.
Responsibilities:
- Managing health and safety
- Building strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets
- Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish
- Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site
- Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site
Key Attributes:
- Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building
- Fully conversant in NHBC standards
- SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection
- Site sizes from 50 - 150 units as a minimum
On offer is a basic salary of £50,000 - £58,000 plus car/allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus.
