About the Role:

TXP is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of commercial coffee machines, known for delivering high-quality coffee solutions to businesses across hospitality, cafés, bars, and workplaces. As the company continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Field Service Engineer to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in coffee machine maintenance and repair who is looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission commercial coffee machines at customer sites
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Perform boiler inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Log service jobs and complete reports using an online system
  • Order and fit replacement parts, including warranty processing
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to improve service delivery
  • Follow all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a field-based coffee machine engineer
  • Skilled in working with traditional espresso machines, bean-to-cup systems, brewers, grinders, and hot water boilers
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and laptops
  • Passion for coffee and coffee technology
  • Full UK driving licence
  • PSSR training (preferred but not essential)
