Corr Recruitment are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leads Prospector/Generator to identify, research, and qualify potential customers to fuel our sales pipeline. In this role, you will play a critical part in the early stages of the sales process by uncovering new business opportunities through outbound outreach, market research, and lead qualification. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you’ll help ensure a steady flow of high-quality prospects that align with our ideal customer profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads using online tools and databases.
  • Build targeted lead lists using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to spark interest.
  • Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.
  • Keep lead data and outreach activity updated in the CRM.
  • Align lead generation with marketing campaigns.
  • Test and refine outreach strategies to improve lead quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience reaching leads by diverse channels (LinkedIn, email, cold-calls, etc).

Salary & Terms:

  • Temp. up to 6 months rolling contracting – depending on performance.
  • Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).
  • Salary: up to 28K/year.
  • Location: UK 100% remote.
  • This is an entry level role position.
