Join our #OneBlueFamily at our Bellshill, Scotland branch as a Recruitment Associate, Consultant (or Senior) to manage a hot desk with existing client business that supplies temporary Driving staff to clients in the Bellshill area. The role would be perfect for either an experienced Recruiter or someone with a transport, logistics or warehouse background who can join us initially as a Recruitment Associate with promotion to a Consultant after successful passing probation.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are supported by our advanced technology systems and we are committed to maximising wellbeing, which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when itβs time to relax.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Filling Driving bookings
- Using social media platforms to attract Drivers to register for work
- Developing existing candidate and client relationships
- Proactive sales activities and working to targets
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings, ideally you will be a driver with your own car
- Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary driving bookings
- Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
