Social network you want to login/join with: Student Services are looking for one enthusiastic and qualified EAA Adviser to assess SEN students which require access arrangements for their exams. The candidate will be joining a successful & high achieving team. The successful applicant will be working across all campuses to assess students and collaborate with college staff and departments such as exams, MIS, and English and Maths; as well as with parents, professionals, and external stakeholders to gather evidence in line with the colleges\’ quality assurance requirements for conducting assessments for access arrangements, following the Joint Qualifications Councils guidance. You will need experience in diagnosing and assessing learning difficulties such as dyslexia and must have completed at least 100 hours of individual specialist assessments for SEND students. Applicants must have completed a postgraduate course at or equivalent to Level 7, and have relevant experience in this role. Alternatively, candidates may possess: Courses accredited at AMBDA or APC Level A postgraduate course at or equivalent to Level 7 providing a qualification in access arrangements assessment You will work independently and report directly to the Learning Support Manager.
