You’re not new to the Industrial space. You’ve walked sites in boots and boardrooms in brogues. Maybe you’re at a larger firm now, and want more ownership, less red tape. You’ve built strong relationships, understand what occupiers need, and most importantly, you have a proven track record of delivering in this space with a track record within the sector.
I’m working with an established Developer who are looking to grow their team with an experienced Acquisitions/Development Manager. This person will be joining a close-knit, incredibly experienced team who enjoy a friendly, flexible working environment based out of an elegant area of the west end. While the focus is on industrial and logistics, the portfolio spans multiple sectors — so if your ambitions extend beyond sheds, there’s scope to explore a broader range of opportunities.
Maybe you’re currently with an agency, pondering that client side move? Either way, I’d love to tell you more about this one. To register interest please apply or drop me an email.
