About The Role

This role will be responsible for leading in a busy kitchen, owning a section and guiding and supporting the team to deliver high quality food quickly. You will be joining an awesome management team.

This role will support the kitchen management team with ensuring food safety and health and safety are top priorities, managing food being made to spec across all sections and leading by example with your culinary skills.

About You

You will have experience working in a busy kitchen, preferably with some experience in closely supporting a Kitchen Manager. Financial acumen would be beneficial, but training will be provided.

You’ll be a natural trainer and love seeing the people around you learn and develop. You’ll be responsible for nurturing future talent in BrewDog kitchens.
