Job Summary
The Innovation Developer plays a crucial role in creating and delivering immersive learning experiences that leverage advanced technologies such as VR, XR, AR, and AI. By developing innovative digital learning solutions, the developer supports Swissport’s strategic initiatives to enhance safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across its global workforce. This role is integral to shaping modern, engaging learning environments that ensure employees are well-prepared for their roles while driving the company’s goals of operational excellence and workforce agility.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive digital learning content using technologies such as VR, XR, AR, and AI.
- Collaborate with SME, Instructional designers and content designers to create scenario-based, interactive training modules that align with business objectives.
- Manage the publication, maintenance, and iteration of immersive content to ensure it remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate innovation in digital content creation by incorporating the latest learning technologies and trends.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of immersive learning experiences, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Develop best practice processes, frameworks and documentation for immersive content creation and provide technical guidance to the learning team.
Skill, Qualifications and Competencies
- Proven experience in developing immersive content (VR, XR, AR, or AI) within a learning or training environment.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modelling, animation, and UI/UX design for immersive experiences.
