Required for September 2025, Boston Spa Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
Potential Applicants Should Have:
- Completed a DfES Teacher Assistant Induction Programme.
- NVQ 3 for Teaching Assistants.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a classroom environment.
