Due to continued growth and investment, we are seeking a skilled and driven Process Technician – Injection Moulding Setter to join their production team.

Location: Doncaster

Salary: Β£35,500 per annum

Shift Pattern: Panama Shift (Days/Nights – 12-hour shifts)

Role Overview:

As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality injection moulding processes across a variety of plastic components. You will be responsible for machine setting, process optimisation, troubleshooting, and supporting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to production schedules
  • Conduct tool changes and machine adjustments to meet quality and efficiency standards
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Monitor production performance, ensuring minimal downtime and scrap
  • Maintain accurate records of process changes and machine settings
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Process Technician or Injection Moulding Setter
  • Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes and machinery
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to work a Panama shift pattern (including days and nights)
