We are looking for a Dutch Customer Service Advisor to join our high-performing team, supporting our client Deckers. As a Customer Service Advisor for Deckers, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier customer service while representing an iconic global brand. Your passion for fashion and dedication to customer care will be at the heart of every interaction, from upselling products to resolving customer issues, all while maintaining exceptional quality scores.

With a massive fanbase worldwide, customers' needs are always at the forefront of Deckers' mission to deliver outstanding products and service. What you will be responsible for:
- Upselling through customer service by offering relevant products that enhance the customer experience.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing expert product advice and personalized solutions.
- Proactively managing escalations, handling returns/exchanges, order status inquiries, and providing clear information about logistics timelines.
- Serving as a bold brand ambassador for Deckers, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of the brand.
- Delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels: telephone, social media, web chat, and email.
- Ensuring that the customer is at the heart of every conversation, leaving them with a positive and memorable experience.
What you'll bring to the table:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with a genuine, empathetic approach that builds rapport and trust.
- Boldness in handling diverse customer queries, confidently resolving issues and finding the best solutions that exceed expectations.
- Passion for the Deckers/UGG brand and/or footwear/fashion, with the ability to share that enthusiasm with customers.
- Proven experience in upselling products and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer's experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit each unique customer while maintaining professionalism.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment, particularly within fashion, retail, or customer service industries.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to navigate customer service software with ease.
- A self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Working Hours, Location & Language Requirement:
- 40 hours per week, 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
- This role is remote, but you must be based in the UK
- Fluent in both English and Dutch, both verbal and written
