We are looking for a marketer with leadership attributes to drive forward Proton Pass. You will be responsible for shaping marketing strategy and executing on programs and campaigns, working across the spectrum of the marketing team from brand to paid acquisition, and SEO to social. Your work will help to expand Proton’s privacy ecosystem through critical areas spanning cybersecurity and productivity.
What you will do:
- Be the voice of the customer in every conversation, leading user research initiatives to identify the right target segment and understand deeply their needs.
- Shape the value proposition of the product with a deep understanding of a user’s jobs to be done.
- Act as the connector between product / BU teams and the marketing team, influencing product roadmap to shape launch cadence.
- Responsible for developing the marketing strategy and plan for a given product, ensuring alignment with growth goals and product roadmap.
- Lead marketing teams through execution against these plans.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems involving multiple teams inside and outside of marketing.
- Provide marketing reporting back to the leadership team.

- Experience in a product marketing role in B2C, SaaS startups, preferably in online privacy, cybersecurity, and/or productivity contexts.
- Voracious early adopter of new technologies across diverse fields.
- Innate ability to understand complex and technical products, and develop human-centric messaging.

- Strong empathy for the customer and user-centric mindset.
- Proven track record in marketing successful product launches in fast-paced environments.
