We are partnering with a well-established residential care provider, founded in 1995, whose philosophy is centred around creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in their homes. With a strong focus on stability, familiar faces, and a caring environment, their goal is to help young people feel truly at home and to support them in leading meaningful lives in the community beyond the age of 18.

They are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 5-bed mixed-gender EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s home in Hazel Grove, Stockport.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a residential children’s home (under 16s) within the last 5 years.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role in a regulated children’s home.
  • Experience managing a 5-bed home is preferred.
  • Currently studying or completed Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.
  • Candidates from unregulated or 16+ services cannot be considered due to Ofsted regulations.
