Trainee Traffic Management Operative Our Role As a Trainee Traffic Management Operative, you will be required to work on Traffic Management Schemes for a range of projects in order to gain the experience needed. You will work alongside qualified operatives, helping them to ensure jobs run smoothly and efficiently to achieve maximum production in a working day, whilst maintaining a high Health and Safety standard. This role requires flexibility due to the nature of the business. GTM will provide the relevant training to upskill as you move along the business within the various modules. This type of role will suit someone who is used to or enjoys working outside in a physical role. The role will give you the opportunity to start in a trainee role and work up through the business. The initial training will give you the skills to become a qualified Traffic Management Operative. There is then the opportunity to continue into Operational management roles within the business.
