Sobre a vaga: Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) com forte capacidade de liderança, que atue com senso de dono e parceria com os clientes internos, para liderar os times de Recebimento Fiscal e Cadastros.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Acompanhar a performance dos processos por meio de indicadores (KPIs)
- Elaborar relatórios e apresentações gerenciais
- Garantir a conformidade fiscal e atendimento a auditorias internas e externas
- Promover ações de melhoria contÃnua e automação de processos
- Atuar com foco em excelência e alto nÃvel de satisfação dos clientes internos (NPS)
- Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre tendências, ferramentas e legislação tributária
Requisitos obrigatórios:
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes
- Vivência sólida em Recebimento Fiscal, escrituração contábil/fiscal e temas tributários
