Company Overview

New Reflexions is a childcare organisation dedicated to offering care, education, and therapy services to young people who have encountered trauma, leading to emotional and behavioural challenges. Specifically, the New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service provides therapeutic placements, catering to individuals up to the ages of 18 years, for both short-term and long-term placements.

What You’ll Do

  • Support vulnerable young people aged 8–18 with diverse emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Build nurturing, respectful relationships.
  • Support with daily routines like meals, hygiene, homework.
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and self-worth.
  • Participate in school life and lead educational and life skills activities.
  • Respond calmly to challenging behaviour and emotional distress.
  • Support health and wellbeing needs, including safeguarding and personal care.
  • Create a stable, safe, and homely environment in line with care plans.
  • Follow a 2-on / 3-off shift pattern (with sleep-ins) and part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month).

What You’ll Bring

  • A driving licence and access to transport preferred.
