We are looking for a Travel Service Partner (RSA) to support our retail customers with foreign exchange services, ensuring their travel experiences begin positively.
Responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
- Becoming a trusted travel money advisor, offering support and product recommendations.
- Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meeting operational, procedural, and customer service goals.
- Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
- Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
